   We recently bought the Silver Cross Cove pushchair from a lovely family-run business, the baby barn. and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. It’s clear they really care about their customers, taking the time to offer honest advice and making us feel confident in our choice. The Silver Cross Cove itself is beautifully made – sturdy, stylish, and incredibly smooth to push. It handles different surfaces with ease and feels really secure, which gives us great peace of mind when out and about. The design is practical yet elegant, with thoughtful details that make everyday use simple and comfortable. Overall, we’re extremely happy with both the pushchair and the service we received. Supporting a family company while getting such a high-quality product made the purchase even more special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the Silver Cross Cove and the baby barn enough.

   We Purchased a Silver Cross Cove Travel system through the Baby Barn. They gave us impeccable customer services, taking us patiently through the benefits of each system, showing us how to fit them and check the fit for car seats before purchase. We revisited recently after our son was born, as I was slightly worried that I hadn't got him in the car seat correctly. They checked the his fit in the seat, and the also checked that the isofix base was properly installed. and where happy to be able to measure me that all was good. I would definitely recommend the Baby barn for there fantastic customer service and detailed knowledge, and will use them in the future when I need to upgrade to the next set of car seats or any other baby related items.

   Impeccable customer service and support My daughter and son in law reviewed the specification of a pram with all of the accessories they wished to purchased and chose Baby Barn as their choice of supplier. Baby Barn was recommended by several friends for its attention to detail and helpfulness and this was certainly the experience we received. Lottie helped us go through the process of choosing the right specification of pushchair, design and suitability and nothing was too much trouble. We booked and appointment to collect the pushchair and so much advice / training was given to us all on how to operate the pushchair and Lottie could not do enough for us (even registering the warranty). She was so helpful, we purchased so many other products based on her guidance that we are now all kitted out!! We just want to mention a special thanks as so much time was taken and the experience was so professional. All products were competitively positioned, and we would recommend Baby Barn to any customers as the service was of the highest order – well done.

   My husband and I booked an appointment to get help purchasing a travel system for our first child as we had absolutely no idea what we were looking for. Tracey was super helpful, as were all the other ladies in the store. We had a good look round at everything, were able to try things out and also see if prams fit in the car ok. We never felt any pressure to buy on the day either which was nice. We did however settle on a system which suited our lifestyle and placed the order on the same day. Would absolutely recommend.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience at The Baby Barn. Tracey, who has been there for over 20 years, looked after us so well from the moment we walked in. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the whole process easy. We picked up our Silver Cross travel system along with a cot mattress and changing table drawers, and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend! Tracey didn’t rush us at all through the process. She showed us a few of the key travel systems we liked and then gave us time and space to trial them ourselves. We were even able to take the travel system outside to see the fabric colours in natural light, which really helped us make the best choice possible. We finished our trip in the lovely café, which had incredible views and was the perfect way to round off the day. If you want a calm yet informative baby shopping trip, this place is perfect — and ask for Tracey, you’ll be in great hands!

   Such a lovely experience! Personal, friendly and felt no pressure at all. Got to browse around and the staff answered any questions we had. We have chose the most beautiful pram bundle and was very happy to pick it up at the weekend. Staff made sure we were completely happy and helped us set up our car seat. Overall, so much better than buying online.

   We visited the Baby Barn several times, including once with an appointment. They had a massive range of car seats, travel systems and nursery furniture as well as smaller baby accessories. The lady who helped us spent ages talking us through different brands and models of buggies. She even took a lovely photo of us in front of the Christmas tree with the model we liked the most! We left after this appointment without committing to anything, and there was no pressure at any point to commit to buy. We went back a couple of weeks later to order and everyone we spoke to was incredibly helpful again, and even made sure the model we liked fitted in my car boot. We’ve just picked our travel system up, and Sue talked us through it again, and helped show us how to fit the car seat. We had a slight problem with one of the accessories which was sorted out very quickly by the Baby Barn and a replacement was sent out and arrived within a few days. Every member of staff we spoke to was super friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend the company to anyone!
