I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. From the minute you show up the customer service is exceptional. And this is all lead from the front by the manager Kylie who designed and printed some tops of for me with only an hours notice. And the quality and design was spot on. I am definatly looking forward to more future trips to Purpleapple.
Terrible customer service. Do not trust if things go wrong. You take a chance and will get burned like i did. I paid for their shirt and was sent the wrong one. Company admitted mistake and agreed to send me a prepaid label to return so I may receive a refund (see photos as evidence). Now, they refuse to send me a prepaid label and telling me I need to pay it up front myself via international postage. So how do I even trust a company will refund me even after lying about sending me a return label and already mistakenly sending me the wrong item? The answer is Do Not Trust Them.
