   Grenke are a fantastic organisation, with excellent employee testimonials and brilliant staff retention. They are always looking inward to new initiatives and improving employee engagement. The reviews on google do not represent their organisation and outstanding reputation in their field. In an international organisation of this size is not uncommon for there to be a few disgruntled customer reviews. I have worked with them in a business to business capacity as a service provider for over three years and can hand on heart say with confidence I am proud to be affiliated with them. If you are looking into career opportunities with this company please look to their glass door rating (4 Star+) and reviews which more accurately represents this outstanding employer.

   Not sure how this business can continue to trade let alone be regulated with the FCA. They completely abuse direct debit facilities to start taking excessive payments for 'insurance policies' 3 years into an existing contract even though we have always had insurance in place. They fail to meet the FCA requirements of complaint handling i.e. completely non-existent. The most accurate way to describe the operations of this company is legitimised theft through small print. Surely they will be investigated at some point by the office of fair trading.

   These guys must be the #1 providers for telephone equipment leasing scams. You will be mis-sold a phone deal by the scamming company who collect cash for non-existent equipment, Grenke send the cash to the scammers and you are legally on the hook on a 3- or 5- year deal even though it was mis-sold. If they vetted their 3rd party partners or took any responsibility when clear fraud is demostrated then I might be able to recommend them, but they don't even when a the lease payments are paid by a charity. Avoid at all costs... if you don't believe me, read the Viceroy research article: "Grenke’s leasing model facilitates and encourages rampant fraud from resellers, resulting in bad debt, protracted legal disputes and the defrauding of small businesses, the government, and charities. Legitimate leasing of small ticket tech is becoming increasingly redundant, in outdated and fast diminishing business segments. "

   Biggest SCAM company aviod totaly them.Do not deal with these people , sell a finance agreement By a 3rd party(viewable media) , the 3rd party aren’t regulated and say it’s a no cost agreement to the retailer tie you into a deal for a tv. The 3rd party go bust then these guys want to bleed you dry on a 3 year deal at £299 a month . Now they ask £6000 for just TV.

   Shocking company, totally wreckless and partnered up with Viewable Media as part of a scam costing us £300 per month for a TV advertising scam. In all it stands to cost us £10,000. Contacted Grenke totally dismissive, arrogant and threatening towards me when I said that I would not be paying anymore and would be taking a legal advice about the current situation. We are not the only company affected and lead to believe that there is hundreds of others companies like us in the same situation.
