I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Benjamin Simper and the firm RJP. My experience with them in handling my accounts has been less than satisfactory. I engaged Benjamin's services in mid-April with the expectation that my accounts would be handled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there were significant delays and a lack of progress, which is concerning considering the urgency of my accounts and the clear instructions I provided to Benjamin. Communication throughout the process has been minimal, with limited updates and a failure to request essential documents, such as a fundamental financial agreement. This lack of communication and attention to detail has further contributed to the delay in finalizing my accounts. Additionally, it is disappointing to discover that Benjamin qualified as an ACCA member relatively recently, raising questions about his experience and ability to efficiently manage complex financial matters. Furthermore, it appears that every action taken by Benjamin required clearance by a superior, which may have hindered the progress of the work. Overall, I am disappointed with the level of professionalism, the delays, and the inadequate handling of my accounts by Benjamin Simper and RJP. While I understand that challenges can arise in any professional engagement, it is disheartening to experience such shortcomings in this particular situation. I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for Benjamin and RJP to reflect on their approach to client service and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
