Never seen customer service this bad in my life been shouted out of the store as it was closing time totally unprofessional these guys shouldnt be at desk at all
I'm new to running and needed some trainers that are practical. I asked one of the staff for help since i was taken a little back by all the new designs and brands. I didn't know what shoe would be good for.my needs. 'Nic' was very informative and told me which shoes are trail and concrete, ect and answered all of my questions. Will buy my trainers from.here in the future. 5 * Customer service
First time we have visited Bradford in a long time and we were not disappointed! Went there for footlocker as they’re the only shop other than Nike that sells the trainers my hubby wears! The staff were very friendly and helped us with what we were looking for!
Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I waited More than 30 min after I told I would like to try it then when I ask the guy I ask before he said no I’m not the one serving you she is so I go the and ask her j came here first and u told you and you partner to bring me is a did size then he came and started shouting and said am not serving and he said even your not buying pricey things then I said your not helping at all they then I left.
Very helpful and polite staff. Good stock and deliver items for free if not in stock.
They don't like black people. Walk in ask for a pair of jordans and get prepared to get discriminated. David the manager can't conceptualise manners, one of the staff has bad odor.
Unusual to see this place empty especially in 5he summer holidays but nevertheless a good store for expensive footwear
Great store very friendly staff and helpful. Answered all my questions and explained various ways I could prefer as they had no stock of the footwear I required. Will definitely go back
