Absolutely fantastic customer service. Purchased a rather splendid bowler hat on Thursday, had it the very next day. Superbly packed with a note from the seller. Great personal touch. Second time of buying from these lovely people. Will always check them out first if I need great quality kit. Well done to all at the shop.

Ordered a hat on a Saturday that was almost impossible to get elsewhere, which was delivered the following Wednesday, and that included a Bank Holiday! Great product, great price, great service. Highly recommended!
