Your employee, Aiste, is a super star and a great asset to the team. Her warm welcome and attention to details are impeccable. The friendly discussion that we had while at the till made the whole experience even more personal than in any other shop I have ever been.
I bought a pair of gents slim trousers and I have to say they are absolutely fantastic, a great fit and cut. I am amazed at the price too.
Excellent customer service! The staff at this branch went the extra mile to help me find a dress during a very busy time. I would particularly like to thank and commend Andrea who was very supportive and went out of her way to clear up a size mixup. Really incredible customer support.
I was told my delivery would arrive by 1pm. When I went to collect it at 3:15, not only was it not there but I was told it would be a couple of days. I needed my item that day so I phoned to see If it was in stock at their other branch in Leamington spa. I was told it was and that they had two in stock. So I drove to Leamington to be told that not only was it in stock, but they never stock that item. Infuriating. I drove back home then received a text to say my item now had been delivered. Went to the store and was told that they didn't have it and the driver must have dropped it at the wrong location. In all I wasted two hours of my day, drove over 25 miles and all because of poor communication from next. Next time, they won't be next, they'll be last.
The security guard is absolutely miserable. This guy needs to be changed somewhere else to learn some good manners and then apply it here so far. I don't recommend him in this shop, and he's definitely messing this shop's reputation .

Absolutely rubbish orderd my parcel for collection in store. I got told the order would be ready for collection by 1 o'clock. I didn't get a message or email, I was browsing in the shop and thought I would inquire about my order then was told I need a code for the collection after I had been stood in the shopping centre waiting for the message. Good job I checked the app as it told me ready for collection but I was not informed 30 minutes later I managed to receive my order. I have Never had a problem before with next delivery. Stratford-upon-Avon next is a shambles all the staff are running around like headless chickens with no clue the machine isn't working for collection joke.
After my last visit I believe there are some extremely rude members of staff employed in this shop. As I was leaving the shop the alarm started beeping. I said to the man at the door that I had the receipts and could show them, he did not bother to answer. Without saying anything he came closer and just took the two carrier bags out of my hand. He found nothing but did not apologise or explain. He was extremely rude but also did not respect the social distancing rules. I understand the measures taken to prevent stealing and I wanted to co-operate, he on the other hand showed complete lack of manners and respect to a customer. I was treated as a thief there, I do not recommend the shop
Got accused of stealing some chocolates and hand cram which they don’t even sell in store and when showed them the receipt threw us out and didn’t even apologise. Rude staff members. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here
