My mum popped in this afternoon was waiting nearly fifteen minutes at the till in an empty shop and still nobody arrived. Ended up leaving the things she was planning to buy and couldn’t see a member of staff to complain to on the way out. Absolutely shocking, needs an overhaul
Love this place staff were great helpfully and fun
Good for younger people but limited for the 60+ . No smart clothing, mainly summer clothes.
Very well set up with lots of space for my other half in her wheelchair
Wide open spaces for a great shopping or just browsing experience would highly recommend. Lovely helpful staff and very clean too.
Not somewhere I had ever considered for clothing as thought it was for youngsters but was pleasantly surprised today and got a beautiful top. Was pleased to see Apricot as had seen it in Australia
We went to noth the Birmingham and Bristol New Look's and couldnt fkme what we wanted. Today we found what we wanted and more. This New Look is very hood with friendly staff whom I'm sure didnt really want to be there kn new years day but smiled and chatted away as we were checking out. Definitely be back
Easy to move around store. Everything we liked could not find in our size. Perhaps they were waiting on a delivery or chance to restock shelves. Great selection for a wide range of age groups. Friendly and approachable staff.
