    I had one of the worst shopping experiences ever at this store. The staff were unbelievably rude and argumentative from the moment I walked in. They scam customers by making you pay for items without giving you a proper receipt. Then, when you try to return the item, they suddenly demand to see the receipt — even though they never gave you one in the first place! When I asked them to check the CCTV for proof that I had actually purchased the item, one of the staff members said, “I can’t be bothered.” That’s how little they care about their customers. The attitude of the workers was disgusting — no professionalism, no respect, and no honesty. It’s clear they’re taking advantage of people, and the whole setup feels like a scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. Don’t waste your time, money, or patience here — there are plenty of other shops that actually treat customers properly.

    Oh how disappointing my granddaughter went to spend her birthday money here. The receipts are not itemised and a dress was removed from her bag by staff and she was made to pay for it again. This wasn't a genuine mistake it's obviously a ploy they use time and again. Please be warned.

    Been to shout with my granddaughter & because the young lady on till was more interested in getting money from us for items never gave us receipt so could not return item & we was blamed for it . First time any trouble with them . Next time I will make sure we get receipt my poor granddaughter feel for her . Not her fault it was there's but they really don't care

    Staff are so rude and unwelcoming like to talk bad about customers behind their back because they’re so bored! & poor quality market clothes do not recommend.

    Worse shop ever. They only accept cash so come prepared. There's no fitting room and you often hear the sellers arguing with customers when customers ask for q fitting room... no words.
