Lovely find! Managed to price match and beat all our magnet appliances for the same ones and saved us a small fortune! Even let us change our microwave when magnet messed up the housing for it.
We did buy a cooker which did not work But this eventually turned out to be a faulty RDC unit in our house and not the cooker Birkby shop did swap the cooker and was very helpful Very sadly my electrician checked units second cooker again did not work had 2 vists by engineer Outcome “ fault in the cooker “ Contacted the shop engineer spoke to Birkby appliance centre who agreed to accept return Went to the shop they refused to accept or give me money back “ Consumer rights 2015 won’t give money back it’s Zanussi problem not ours” They ended being rude They did Conect the cooker to a 13 amp plug it worked I expliained it’s not safe and the cooker is not safe to use on that also the safety feature would not kick in” on a 13amp plug I now have had no cooker for 4 weeks and no help from the shop. Now have to wait for Zanussi to sort it Be aware of your consumer rights the shop says “ don’t to give money back but exchange” that’s against consumer right Act 2015

It came up on Google search so we went Saturday morning . The fridge freezer was delivered later on Saturday evening . Amazing service and helpfulness . Even helping get the fridge freezer in situ .Wish I had found them years ago .
Friendly people large choice of appliances, at a cheaper price usually due to a minor scratch or dint. We bought a fridge freezer but they deliver a replica that had huge dint in the top which were obvious to see, and was not the fridge freezer we asked for. Thankfully they were understanding and good service they allowed us to swap with one we had chosen and got a small refund for the trouble.
If only I knew about this place before I spent at the major retail stores, this place is a gem for anyone requiring home appliances and any other electronic equipment, amazing quality and fantastic service. I purchased a Samsung Washer, Hotpoint Fridge Freezer, a microwave, kitchen knife set and a juicer blender. All in brand new condition, delivered same day at 6pm. Will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to check this place out before you go to Curry's:).
