   I bought a fridge freezer back in May with some small cosmetic damage. When it arrived, there was far more damage that I saw originally, and was promised a replacement fridge freezer within a couple of weeks. It's been over 6 months and I keep receiving false promises, run arounds, and ignored calls. I've been more than patient, but 6/7 months for a replacement unit is unacceptable. I can not recommend this retailer at all. Appalling after-sales services and broken promises.

   BUYER BEWARE - over the years we have bought several domestic white goods from appliance world, and as per other people's reviews the price was good and delivered was as advised, so in September of last year went back to them for a fridge and freezer. The fridge is still working, no problems. The freezer, we noticed in May of this year, the frozen goods we bought and put in the freezer was not staying frozen, so we checked the normal, socket working ok and dial in freezer set to correct number. So, on the 4th may we called appliance world, as the purchase came with 12 month guarantee. We have since found that after sales customer service is non existent and the guarantee seems worthless. We made numerous phone calls, left a lot and messages before they contacted us with a lot of promises, but we still have a freezer that we cannot use.

   Excellent service, product and delivery. Got an absolute bargain American style fridge freezer, slight cosmetic scratches and brand new never used, a third of the normal price. Excellent service and delivery a couple of days later. Could not fault them, will not be using anywhere else in future as such a great product! Same product in currys for 1200 !

   Excellent. We hesitated to buy here because of a couple of bad reviews but then thought we'd see for ourselves. So glad we did. Great sales and aftercare experience. No pressure to buy. Prompt delivery...and when unfortunately, we had a problem with the dryer purchased, prompt and courteous replacement of the machine. Will go there again.
