   I ordered a paid of DM work boots, obviously for work. Customer service from the word go was top notch. Hats off to a true gentlemen by the name of Christian, so polite and helpful on the phone. I would definatley recommend this retailer.

   Awful service. I would never use this site again as very rude and it cost me £13 to return a pair of Dr martens that didn't fit. Not helpful and rude staff. Avoid like the plague.

   Only posting 1 star because there isn't a zero star option. I ordered size 12 slippers and received completely the wrong size. They were about 3 sizes too small as the sole matched my size 9 slippers. When I emailed customer service they replied that they were definitely a 12 and everyone has slightly different feet!!! You couldn't make it up!

   Sent me the wrong item and ignored all emails when asking for them to provide a returns label or to refund the postage I had to pay to return to wrong item. AVOID if you expect good customer service and the correct item to be provided.
