I had a great experience at Shoe Clearance Outlet. The variety of shoes was excellent, and there was a comfortable seating area available. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience.
I attended this shop today with my children and mother. The young “girl” behind the counter was very rude and not assisting even though I was the only customer in the shop. She was very blunt and said whatever we have out is what we have got. Before I left I informed the woman of her terrible customer service skills and informed her I will be leaving a review. Before you employ people check what experience they have! felt as though she couldn’t be bothered working and speaking! I genuinely came to purchase footwear however every time I asked her for sizes she would take time to come to us and or not reply! Eventually I put everything back and left! Horrible customer service
