   Now I know why so many store shutting down cause they hire staff without training. Horrible service, bought pair of shoes. They refused to refund that after 45 minutes. Even with the receipt. Staff so rude. They Need more training.

   Went to the Deichman store in broadway first to buy school shoes, however the size of the model I was interested in was not available. They called Kirkgate Deichman store and checked if stock is available and was confirmed it's available. Quickly ran to this store only to find out that the box had only one shoe inside the box of that size. The more frustrating part is that there was no one to help and even check whether it's available in stock inside. Had to repeatedly call them for help and can say that were not much helpful.

   We bought back to school shoes for our kids at deichmaan kirkgate on monday 31st August bankholiday.customer service from Nadia and Maryum was amazing they are a true credit to the company and working with a smile even under the busy working conditions. Thanks for all your help with designs and sizes.

   Nice enough staff, the guy was helpful. Sod's law, I finally found some reasonably priced, comfy work boots and went in to buy a second pair. They didn't have the boots I wanted so he ordered them and they'll call me when they've arrived. Good selection of footwear and really good quality.
