Called in Deichmann, Broadway Bradford today. Very helpful salesman, friendly and personable. Purchased ladies shoes plus accessories. Very reasonable prices. Recommend.

Shoes choices are ok, they are a bit expensive if u have 2 kids and need atleast 3 pairs. But overall this shop its the staff they are very rude dont care about customers just chatting away to others. I bought a pair of shoe which had a mark on and she polished the shoe i come home and the shoe polish was all over box she haldnt even blended it in just put a blob of polish on i will be returning shoe and wont ever be going to the broadway centre any more the kirkgate 1 is so much better the staff are their for u and will ask you or see to ur needs. No wonder it has gone so quiet the rudness on the staff is so bad its like ***.
Really very rude staf in this bradford broadway branch at about 1 o clock today on monday 6 feb 2023 i came with my wife and the guy was there was very very rude I choosed my wife shoes and there was the guy whom i gave with very polite smile i said him brother here u go i choosed my shoes now these are the rest i was looking u can put on the sheves where it was so i can go to pay That guys firslt with very rudly said" what do u mean" i said mean nothing i forgot where they were i am just saying to put these shoes on the sheves then he said put them there and i was with my wife feeling very angry at that time but didnt do anything but told the other staff but she didnt do anything Instead of saying sorry when i told this guy that u were rude he said to me u was rude and i was surprised that i was polite with smily face but he is puting on me Sham broadway branch Anyways staff is always rude in this branch each and every time This is second time If i could give 0 star i would definatly give They hv to teach tear customer advisor how to treat and talk with the customer
They have a variety of nice shoes
Good shop. Lots of different shoe styles for men, women and children. Staff are really friendly and are so helpful. If it's not in store they will check other stores ect .
Wonderful service didn't have my size but rang my local store to see if they had. Ordered me what I wanted and will ring when they arrive. Friendly ladies clean tidy store.
