   Customer Service was incredible today we went into the Guisley store we were approached on a few occasions which was good we were left to leisurely browse around. We found a laptop we liked a young man came to our aid called Cameron what can I say we were very impressed with his knowledge he was polite professional & gave us 100% customer service. We also met I think his name was either Daz Or Baz he was an in-store a manager again brilliant customer service it's a number of years since we purchased any goods from Guisley due to living overseas however I'm happy to say the service is still incredibly good. I can highly recommend this store for the incredible service.Thank you Cameron you made our shopping experience at Currys an enjoyable one.

   Staff were REALLY helpful at my last visit to this store. I wanted to exchange an item at closing time and Thomas and Mohammed made sure that it was swiftly and smoothly done before they closed the store. Very pleased!

   Very Poor Customer Service – Useless Staff! I went to Currys to buy a Samsung TV, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were completely useless — they ignored me the whole time and acted like they couldn’t care less about helping a customer. I waited around expecting someone to assist me, but no one did anything. In the end, I walked out without buying the TV because of how unhelpful and uninterested the staff were. Honestly, if this is how they treat customers, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere

   Despite buying kitchen appliances, tv's, laptops and phones over the course of several years I have never been once been approached by staff with the offer of assistance! However the assistants are knowledgeable and helpful once acquired. Stock seems limited so a return to the shop is often required.

   We have bought the majority of our electrical items here over many years. For the first time, a few years ago I took out cover on a Dyson vacuum cleaner and have probably now paid well towards a new one. When called into the store recently about a problem with it they were extremely offhand and just said to clean the filter. Would never take cover out again (and probably now unlikely to buy from the store in future although sales service had always been good).

   shop was clean and tidy. Staff were excellent and engaged with my 10 year old son. He was over the moon to hear other grown-ups talk to him about his interest and share the same love for gaming. We got what we wanted. Highly recommend.

   All good until you don't buy the insurance and extended warranty on your purchase then the staff will turn on you and treat you like dirt! So obviously commision based up selling of products not worth the paper they are written on. Happened twice in here now so won't be returning.
