    Went to collect a package, waited for what felt like 20 mins, no one had seen me or even asked if I was waiting to be served. Eventually got seen, when asked what I was getting (washing machine) was laughed at by a pubescent individual as the answer was somehow funny. He went off to tell someone but was distracted by a guy all dressed in pink and stood round laughing for ages. Only silver lining was the lad who helped me bring the washing machine to my car (he must do all the sack cart heavy stuff from the back) polite, helped me into car with it and was all in general a nice lad. Will think twice about coming to the store, next time I'll pay £25 to get an item delivered. Rubbish.

    Excellent advice and assistance from Leo today. Polite, friendly, easy to talk to and made the whole purchase of a large television package a pleasure. He spent time getting us the best deal he could and himself and Cal ensured the whole lot were carefully packed into our car. Thanks lads. Currys, you need to hold onto these two, there an asset to your company!

    Absolute rubbish delivery service and poor customer service on phone. Delivery refused because there gate to property and he had a bad back ???? Why send someone not capable to lift. Then go cancel my order all my food wasted and now left without fridge frezzer . Never buy from here again Refused manager details refused to leave my paid for item at the gate so we could get it in our property our self. Rude old man shouldn't be delivering or lifting role if health not up to it. Range me twice to ask if I lived in flat like u was going to change my mind no I live I House told you last time . This was while parked out side my house mean come on guys

    Purchased a dishwasher online based on reviews and specs as they did not carry it in the store. Once installed it was apparent that it was much louder than its advertised decibel rating and very cheaply made. I called Curry’s to arrange a return and I was told that once it was installed they could not accept a return. It was never used except for the test run done by the installer. I don’t believe that I will ever purchase from them again.

    I had a very good experience in the store overall from a recent claim on a Care & Protect Policy. Feedback: You need to retrain your staff on Currys Price Promise as in store i was told they would not do a price match in-store against the UK company I wanted to purchase an Air Fryer from (I I had read and new all the T&C's of Currys Price Promise from Currys online website). Currys Web Chat had already price matched as well, but I wanted to buy it in-store. I went home and spoke to someone on Currys Shop Live (it's like a telephone call). I can't recommend this service highly enough it was Excellent. I ordered and collected to store, via this service as well, then took out a New Care & Protect Policy in-store.

    I find the customer service on the shop floor to be poor. The staff seem to gather together for a chat then vanish and the last time I went in, I was told someone would come to help me but nobody arrived so after 20 mins I left without purchasing anything. I would like to add that when I have been to the service counter, I have always found these to be very helpful and knowledgeable

    Great store with a good range of electrical goods and easy parking. Took a while to find a free member of staff to help select my new oven but then Jordan was excellent. Do your homework online before you go so you know what your choices are and what functions you must have. Then all you need to do is check your facts, check what's in stock and double check the sizes and installation type (you can find size etc by googling your existing application and checking the spec) It took just half an hour to choose my item, order, arrange delivery and process my warranty claim. I ordered my oven on Friday and it was installed and working on Wednesday. Great service
