Customer service in this place is Atrocious trying to change a return policy on the fly and when the lady was caught out became rude and aggressive towards my partner she didn't see a name tag all she said was brown haired lady large build considering the place costs a fortune to shop at you would think your staff was better trained

Low cost outlet selling cheap clothes that struggle to sell elsewhere. Bought some work jeans for a tenner. Staff are a little miserable from my experience. But shopping experience is 4 star.
Always surprised with stuff they sell. Always like to have a mooch around and end up buying a few things. Ok selection of clothes mainly for lounge ware due to nothing great to ware out my personal preference. Prices are quite good and some staff are friendly and helpful. The balloon and party area is great with the amount of choice and variety they sell.
