The man turned up in time, did a great job installing the washing machine and taking the old one away. I’m normally anxious about having people enter my flat, but the man who came was really friendly and I felt completely comfortable, he was also super efficient. I’d definitely use Hoys Electrical again.
Have ordered through Hoys before. The first washing machine I had from them was purchased in 2018 and its just been replaced now in 2025 so 7 years is excellent. Fingers crossed my new machine will last me as long too. Also quick communication, Quick delivery, no extra cost to take away old machine not like Currys who charge £20+. Delivery Guy friendly & professional. Highly recommend A☆☆☆☆
I had a positive experience with Hoys. The guy who installed and took my old machine away was very nice, giving me advice on the machine etc. The contact, arrival time all good. Seems like a well run business. I thought the £20 pound charge for delivery and taking the old machine away was reasonable too.
Quick service ordered yesterday evening delivered early today. Contacted by driver to say on way. items as described. Staff helpful and friendly. Delivery driver brilliant. Will use again very happy customer. Recommend this company.
My pieces I have purchased from you have great bones. Ready for me to work on, I love upcycling. My recent purchase was a desk. I love it. Ihave been ordering more pieces since, but as yet I have not worked on them all. These are the two bedside cabinets.

Cannot fault this company. Saw a beautiful coffee table for the most amazing and affordable price (which is helpful in this climate!) and free delivery. Ordered last night at 8pm and it’s now in my living room looking amazing. Lovely happy guy who delivered the table. A massive thank you! I have a rough few months and this is the pick me up I needed! Have already told my friends about them!
Initial service was good, Ady at the shop was brilliant. We reported an issue with our washing machine and told them what days we work but could make sure somebody was in to let them carry out repairs. They have failed to do so on a couple of occasions and have now taken the decision not to give us a refund (only a month into the warranty period) because its the retailers decision not to after 14 days. Absolutely shocking. If my details get put on here, I will pursue legal advice for breaking data protection laws on numerous occasions. Poor customer service and aftercare.
The guy's that works there are very polite I get my delivery on time and very happy with what I got.
We were pleasantly surprised that we picked a washing machine this morning and it was delivered the same day can't fault the guys for their helpfulness absolutely brilliant recommend them to anyone.
