   Sadly I have to leave a one star for one of the staff here. She doesn’t have a clue about building and tries to act like she does. Rude, unhelpful and more. If she stops answering calls I will change this to a 5 as this is not the first time she has made me remember the reason why I don’t but from Howdens. We are builders but also have a brain.

   Was just so frustrated with the utility had in place and Aimee come round to do new design for me and was great come up with lots of things I did not think of would definitely recommend as Aimee was great to work

   Excellent service. I bought some items for extra shelving in my new kitchen that Howdens have fitted. I was advised to purchase a few extra bits and told to take them back, if not opened or used, for a full refund. There were items that I took back which they fully refunded happily. Perfect. Thank you.

   Did someone say Kitchens? Howdens have been great from the start. Aimee came out to measure up the kitchen at a time suited to us (8am) she went back and did completed some drawings to show us what it would look like. We booked our consultation in that same week to change colours, and amend door handles etc which was really simple and easy to see on the screen. Aimee also showed us cheaper options which could save some money, I mean who doesn't like a bargain. She also went and got us a bit more off the price which was amazing. I would highly recommend the service and kitchen. I will leave another review once it's been delivered and fitted.

   Worst customer service branch for Howdens. They were diabolical from start to finish. Only deal with traders. So we asked to put the kitchen on our builders account. This didn't happen and they charged us for it. Which is fine in itself. Until all the mistakes happened. The person who designed the kitchen gave us 3 different types of worktop on the plans and didn't check. Changed the plans without prior approval. We wanted a corner larder unit but the actual shelving units were not supplied in the quote, so basically I had a walk in wardrobe in my kitchen. Having to chase constantly for updates on when the right items will be sent. Then being charged extra for the correct work tops to them have that credited. Overall experience with this branch is very poor. If we ever get another kitchen we wouldn't choose Howdens again.

   The planning stage was lovely, smiles laughter etc. Nikki and some of her team are just unbearable to deal with. Knowing the many many issues I faced with my order, I still have now ended up with scratched cabinet doors and drawers that my fitter had to basically fit from scratch as though it was a bespoke kitchen furniture. Only when it is convenient for them, they remind you of their terms and conditions. This matter has not been resolved. Customer service have attempted to assist but the branch have been relentless, I’m still waiting for information I requested a couple of weeks ago. Your trust pilot response appears to be a generic one.

   Highly recommend! Aimee who designed the new kitchen; she listened, made very helpful suggestion, and provided a great visualisation. I am very pleased with the result and the fitters were happy with the carcasses and fittings.

   Very helpful team, especially Richard and Keir that dealt with my case directly. Ran through everything I needed providing a lot of information, helped to plan and organise it all and created and showed a good visualisation of what my kitchen would look like! They were available at each point I needed and we're happy to help ammend/adapt things as we went along! They were really helpful with materials to use and accommodated my price range really well and helped me out a lot! Quick delivery and availability of materials also as most things they have stocked. I would most definitely use again for future kitchen requirements and would also very much recommend as the team really gave the feeling that they cared and there to assist! Great customer service!

   We needed a new seal for our oven so my hubby went in to ask about a replacement. They weren't very helpful to say the least. Told him he would have to contact the branch we got it from. My hubby explained that the guy we got it from bought it from Cardiff as was a better deal. They then said he would be better off buying a whole new oven as our model would now be discontinued. All of this without checking stock. Low and behold we found one with no effort on amazon. Thanks guys for all your help and saving us a fortune
