   Contacted Brightmores when I developed an issue with my TV. After describing the issue they were honest in saying that a visit would probably just tell me there's little that can be done. I appreciated this honesty from them, especially from a financial perspective. I still asked for them to attend, which they did the next day, super speedy support! On attending the guy was helpful and whilst the TV issue will need resolving by the place we purchased from, Brightmores have helpfully supplied a note advising of the issues so I can provide this when I send the TV for repair! Super helpful, honest and quick support from Brightmores and would definitely look to use again!

Our dishwasher conked out yesterday, we called into Brightmores and after chatting with a very knowledgeable member of staff we chose a new Bosch dishwasher at an extremely competitive price. Delivery and installation today was just as hassle- free. I have been buying from this company for many years and have always experienced excellent service.

   We called in this afternoon regarding a built-in oven. Steve Brightmore was very, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all our questions thoroughly and advised on connection and dimensions. Prices were very competitive. We homed in on a particular model and asked when it could be delivered. He offered free delivery later this afternoon! The delivery men were friendly and efficient - they even slotted the oven into place. The oven was in use about three hours after we had walked into the shop - stunningly good service!

   Very helpful and friendly service, as ever, on our recent visit to Brightmore's of Burbage which is a member of the Euronics group. We were looked after by Dan who was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and very able in answering our questions and queries. We purchased two items and will be returning soon to buy a gas cooker. Wouldn't go elsewhere when purchasing electrical and gas products. Brilliant place.

   Keep it local ! Brightmores were first class . Now more than ever it’s important to support local businesses. Great advice , service and competitive pricing on a fridge freezer . So refreshing to be able to talk to someone ( The phone was answered by a knowledgeable and helpful human being ! ) who knew what they were talking about and gave useful guidance and advice . Very prompt ( next morning ) delivery giving clear information that it would be within a 1 hour window - none of this “ you’ve got to stay in all day and we might turn up “ nonsense you get with some other suppliers ! Competent , helpful and polite delivery guys too . Highly recommended.
