I have been attending Shuropody Coventry since they took over Scholl Foot Care many moons ago and have never been disappointed with their service. Georgia and her staff are brilliant and their stock has always top notch.
I attended Shuropody today for my regular appointment, however, on arrival I was advised that their computer system had been missing random appointments during this week and my appointment was 1 of them. I was offered another appointment later in the day, but unfortunately this wasn't convenient. I left the practice very upset to say the least.
Absolutely lovely place, great customer service, staff always friendly and willing to help. Been back a few times and never had any problems! Would recommend
Claire in Coventry was really helpful. My mum has very specific requirements. The manager was on the shop floor with her and they both were welcoming to all.. But not that painfully intusive either lol. Great job ladies
Had treatment to my feet today, by a lovely young man Called David. Knows what he is talking about feet. Very professional and attentive. Most definitely will be going back.
I went into the shop today to find out a bit more about having Insoles made. I am suffering from heal and knee pain. I was served by a young lady called Bally. She was very Professional. She knew her stuff and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision to have them made. The Equipment used is very good. It costed me £59.99 and worth every penny. I can not believe I could take my insoles away same day. As soon as they were in my trainers I felt the difference. Just show if you have the right person who cares about their job/customers and goes all out to help it's worth every penny. Shuropody is very lucky to have good staff. Many thanks
Very impressed with the quick and professional service I received. Feet feel very comfortable. Very attentive staff throughout. The treatment area allows good degree of privacy from customers who are just browsing the shop.
