   0 stars I spent £150 on an outfit which did not arrive in time for my summer ball. When it finally arrived in July, I tried to return it but have had no response from the company at all. On top of this, the quality was awful and nothing like the pictures shown online. This is an awful company — I feel I’ve been completely ignored and effectively robbed of my money.

   I wish I could give this company a 0 star rating. Absolutely awful, I’ve never experienced anything like this from a “clothing brand”(if they can call themselves that) before!! I ordered a dress back in MAY 2025!! Which turned up and was nothing like what the picture looked like on their website, I sent it back quickly after receiving it and had to pay £23 in postage back to china (which I also didn’t know about because their address said London originally) I have been back and forth with them asking where my refund is for months, they finally gave me 50% refund as a “good will gesture” LOL until the dress arrived back to their warehouse where I would then get the rest of my refund. Well it (as I’ve now seen everyone else saying) got stuck at customs in china!! It has been 7 MONTHS now waiting for this refund and I had returned home today to the dress back at my front door!!! I have emailed them asking what is going on why is it back to me and I have had no reply and funnily enough they have no website anymore! What a waste of money and time! Absolutely disgusting, whoever owns this company I hope you are happy with yourself stealing peoples hard earned money like that, selling misleading clothing that looks NOTHING like what is on your website. Get a real job like normal people, not scamming others for money!!! AWFUL!

   I wish I could give less than zero, because one star is great to be given to you I ordered a high-quality product as described on your website, but what I received was a cheap, poorly made product that did not match what was advertised. I was shocked by the stark difference between the pictures and the actual product. Even worse, when I contacted you to request a refund, my request was rejected without any justification. This is not only a breach of trust, but also a deterrent to consumers. I do not recommend dealing with you. Your customer service is extremely poor, and there is no compensation for customers. It is a choice. I will not purchase from you again, and I will share my experience to warn others.

   IF I COULD GIVE 1 ⭐️ I WOULD!!! AVOID!! SCAMMERS!!! Their goods come from china and if they don’t fit YOU have to fork out for the postage to return!! cost me £20!!! - the dress was only £45!! They don’t refund the postage and it takes weeks to receive the order but then weeks also to refund!! - no refund yet and I sent it back months ago. Shocking.
