5 star service for my redmi phone screen replacement. Phone screen was completely shattered and thought phone was completely dead. Went to Leicester phone repair and told it was just the screen. They had to order screen which they got next day. Repaired the screen same day and phone works completely fine now. The service and the work done on my phone is very good. They are life saviour.
Would give 0 stars if I could!!! I took my iPhone in after dropping it — the screen wasn’t cracked, but it was showing green lines. I specifically asked if it might be an internal issue, but was told it was “just the screen.” They replaced it, asked for cash only (which felt suspicious), and initially the phone worked. The very next day, after my battery ran out, the phone wouldn’t turn back on. When I brought it back, they said it would take three days to “look into it” and that I’d need to pay even more. I asked for a refund instead, but they refused. I then went to Apple directly, who confirmed that not only was the replacement screen poorly fitted (uneven around the camera), but that the work this shop did was the reason my phone stopped turning on. Apple quoted £600 to repair the damage — far more than the original issue would have cost. I ended up wasting £110 on this repair and an extra screen protector, only to be left with a phone that’s unusable. As a single parent with urgent family responsibilities, this situation has caused me serious stress and expense. My advice: don’t make the same mistake I did — go to Apple or a trusted provider first. This business was unprofessional, refused accountability, and made my phone worse, not better.
