   Excellent Retailer. All the correct questions and information given on initial enquiry for a new washing machine and delivered on time as promised . We were worried about fitting the replacement into the fitted Kitchen. We didn’t need to be, the delivery team were superb and were all over it. Super impressed , thank you.

   Bought a washing machine from Owens, after about 6 weeks the door broke. Contacted Owens and they didn't want to know,just said they are only responsible for the first 28 days and we would have to contact the manufacturer and use their warranty. We still haven't got it fixed after nearly 3 weeks. I've been in touch with trading standards and they said Owens are responsible for repair, replace or refund because by law the contract is with the retailer not the manufacturer. Don't trust them, they obviously don't know the law or care about customers rights.

   Shopped here for years great service friendly and fast! But went in today to buy a new washer and was told they only deliver now in a 10 mile radius as it's time and man power! this must be fairly recent policy as they have delivered to neighbours near me in the last 2 years, shame they will lose a lot of customers through this offered to pay extra but didn't want to know

   Broken washing machine.... Called at 9am on the 27.12.. so a rubbish time of the year.... No problem for Owens, 3 integrated In stock, life is now back to normal, and I've kept the wife busy. Winning.

   I cannot speak highly enough of Owens. For my parents, because of health conditions, a broken integrated fridge was very stressful. Owens’ understanding of their situation, product knowledge, amazing customer service and kindness took away the worry and meant that a solution was found and a replacement fridge is now in place with absolutely no fuss. Without them it would have been very difficult (and probably impossible) for us to solve the problem of sourcing, and installing, a new fridge and, in our experience, it is rare to find a business that appreciates what older, and disabled, customers need and has such a commitment to providing it.
