   I have to start with saying I'm delighted to say this team at Leamington is one of the most helpful in a retail. I'm delighted to go to their store. Everytime I'm in need of some sort of weird solution, they've got my back! Often I need stuff not for the exact intended purpose of it, and the staff ia very helpful fetching them so I can have a look, compare etc... Thye're friendly, welcoming and professional. Thye're happy to go for the extra mile, and always greating, and say good bye. I appreciate you guys, thank you for your help!

   "I’ve been a loyal Toolstation customer, spending quite a bit with them over the years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My latest order arrived missing two items. When I visited my local store for help, they simply told me to call customer service, which I did – only to be kept on hold for 35 minutes with no answer. I also submitted an online complaint form but have received no response. For a company of this size, the lack of assistance and slow response time is frustrating. I expected better customer support, especially for regular customers. I hope Toolstation addresses these issues, as it’s unacceptable to feel ignored after spending so much with them. I would advise others to consider this before placing an order if they value good service."

   The usual shop I use for my dyi projects, they have decent prices, and most members of staff are as helpful as can be. Today, Kelsey took her time, looking for few bits I needed and were not easy to find in the catalogue. So really appreciate her effort (as usual) ☺️

   I purchase a folding Stanley sack truck from the Leamington branch. The item was not in stock, so it was going to be delivery to my home address. Later the same day I received an email to say it was out of stock and I would need a refund. After 2 weeks, 4 visits to the store and numerous emails finally got my refund. A big thanks to Donna for sorting it out for me

   Went in to buy a few things only to find that I am no longer able to browse the goods. Tired of stuff falling apart so I want to hold it and look at before I buy. Now this is just an argos for tools with worse customer service, might as well just buy online.
