   I want to personally thank David and Andrew at Howdens Leamington. I had to buy quite a few items from Howdens including stair items and Doors. Even with their busy schedule they both took the time off to show me items, help me find exactly what I need. And a few more lads at the counter as well are very helpful. They answer all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. They all help customers like me, who are not professional builders who know exactly what to buy. I have gone to a few timber related trade shops in leamington but HOWDEN’s customer service tops all of the others. Thank you again and please keep up this great service.

   I went to Sam at Howdens after being let down by another company a week before my kitchen was due to be fitted. He was brilliant. Helped me decide what was best for me and really made me feel at ease on the fact I would still get my kitchen. He was kind, professional and really stepped up when I’d been let down somewhere else. Thanks Sam!

   A carpenter we used bought a primed handrail from these guys. The handrail presented 3 cracks within 1 month. Howden’s proposed the replacement of the handrail but no consideration of the paid labour whatsoever on the cost of refitting it despite them being the source of the problem. Unacceptable behaviour of letting the customer to pay twice for a job, although he has no responsibility whatsoever on this.

   Great service from Graham. Spent time to listen to our requirements and made appointment for our kitchen design. Excellent experience so far. So 7 months on we have now completed our kitchen renovation, Howdens leamington has provided through our Fitter Luke Fletcher exceptional service. Another mention must go to Jack Taylor who was available all the time to ensure we had all that was required. If you are considering a kitchen then contact Luke Fletcher through Howdens, he is without question the best tradesman i have used on any of my renovations. Get Jack to design the kitchen.    Recently bought a kitchen through Howdens and had excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and whenever a minor issue arose it was sorted out promptly with options to solve it. Couldn't fault the service at all.
