   All positive at point of sale ,but uninterested when things go wrong, Not the service Walls used to give , disappointing really. In an age when the Internet dominates and the big box shifters are at the front I'd still expect the independent to give better service.

   I bought a new Sony TV from Wall's recently and was having a few teething problems. Toby took the trouble to ring up next day to discuss my query and talk me through it, having himself gone through the procedure that I was trying to do. He was on the phone for about 10 minutes and was, as always, most helpful, thorough, reassuring and honest. I can't think of many other retailers who would go to so much trouble. This is one of the many reasons that I'm a regular customer here.

   We have recently had a great experience here after being let down by a big name company. The staff are friendly, and we were able to buy two white goods appliances with free delivery 2 days after purchase for one item and one that they allowed us collect there and then as we were in great need of the appliance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and we will definitely be using them again in the future should we need them. Thank you!

   Our ancient fridge freezer couldn’t cope with the recent exceptionally hot weather and needed to be replaced urgently. A quick visit to Wall’s and expert advice from Neil helped us choose a new one. This was delivered the next day by Neil and Mark who took a lot of trouble to remove the old one and fit the new one to our complete satisfaction. Great price too! Many thanks.

   I thought I needed a new integrated fridge/freezer so visited Walls to purchase a new one. Their fitter visited my home first and within 2 minutes spotted that my existing fridge/freezer wasn’t sealing properly when the doors closed because the original kitchen fitters hadn’t installed it properly 6 years ago and some brackets hadn’t been fitted so the unit was moving in the cupboard unit. Hi got his screwdriver out, sorted the problem out and told me where to fit a couple of brackets to sort the problem out. No charge and 100% honest advice and fridge freezer seems to be working fine now. You really don’t come across this level of service much nowadays. Go here first before you’re tempted to buy online is my advice!

   Walls is an excellent electronic store. It provides very good customer service with attention to detail. The staff are friendly, professional and approachable. The prices are reasonable too because it's linked to Euronics. There's free parking near the store as well. I have no hesitation in recommending them with 5 stars.
