I have used Steve a few times over the years for my tumble dryer, cooker and more recently my washing machine. I messaged Monday morning and he managed to squeeze me in before lunchtime! Excellent service and reasonably priced, what more could you ask for

I message Steve last night after my oven had stopped working. This morning he in you touch. I told him I'd behome by 3pm so text him to say I was home and Steve said he was on his way. Exceptional service! I placed an order for a washing machine late in the evening, explained how I needed it urgently and to my delight, it was delivered & fitted promptly the very next day. The efficiency of the delivery service exceeded my expectations. Steve is a really nice caring guy easy to talk to & very understanding. The process was seamless, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I'm very impressed with the promptness and reliability definitely recommend him to anyone– truly a five-star experience! My oven failed a few days before Xmas. They responded really quickly with a quote for replacement of the element. Job completed within a couple hours of my call. Very happy, thank you.
Steve attended the repair of our oven very quickly, was on time and was upfront about possible costs and timescales. He identified the issue quickly, replaced the oven fan and also helped repair a previous fitter's mistake. He was professional, on time and ensured the area was tidy after the repair. Would 100% recommend, we will definitely use Nuneaton Domestics again!
Fault diagnosed over the phone by a few simple questions. Was told a price that was acceptable . Turned up on time and motor was taken away for repair. Good honest service with added guarantee for 12 months.
