Cast iron camping wood stove I bought one of these from Amazon and made the error of letting my tent touch flue pipe. Told NJ Commerce what had happened and they sent me new flue pipes pretty much at cost price plus postage. Very good practical customer service thank you Basel especially.
There was a delay in my order, however the customer service team reacted pretty fast and resolved the issue for us in no time. Just unpacked the product and it looks great!

I bought a camping heater/ stove and gas canisters from this company (through Amazon) that proved to be faulty & wouldn't stay lit... I returned it for a refund and was accused of keeping some of the gas. also that it had worked when they received it back!!!???They refused to give me a full refund keeping £15 57 of it for the gas they said we had kept. Absolutely untrue!! I am very cross... more at being accused of dishonesty than losing the money time & petrol expenses accrued from dealing with them Terrible customer service
I purchased an oven through this company, within the first year it went wrong. To begin it just was not getting to the correct temperature, then stopped heating all together. I returned it under warranty to the company, I have had to chase them EVERY step of the way. Now they are saying it is fully functional buy could not be tested fully due to condition. It was clean although had a few marks from use. This company is very hard going, communication is poor, WARRANTY means nothing, selling poor and inferior quality items . AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYTHING.
Got my stove and am really happy with it. Also I believe the owner of the company was communicating with me when I had questions, really responsive and kind. 5-star for a good product and service!
