   Disappointed as lost a whole day for 0 return. If looking to sell - better buy a new thing first for let's say a £100 and they'll buy it for £10. They don't care to work fixing things. There is no repairs department. Just resellers looking for quick buck without adding value.

   Unfortunately very bad experience. On the phone call I’ve been told Microsoft Surface tablet is fully working without any issues. After 50 min journey from different city for collection , when I was testing tablet there was a section when touch screen wasn’t working. Waste of time and money. I definitely do not recommend

   Just a little warning. Be careful when you buy something from this store, make sure they are original brand and not replicas. I tried to buy a JBL speaker but I quickly realized that the 2 that were shown to me were not originals, just cheap replicas.

   They work on commission so will try to offer the least amount as possible, do your homework First and see how much your item is being sold for on a few sites so you have something to barter with them as they will generally offer half of half of its new value

   I ordered an item from their Webshop, the item was well priced and arrived early. Only a few negatives to say. The item was quite dusty, in the ports mainly, and there was some damage to the corner of the item which I believe should have been mentioned in the item description. The item works perfectly and I haven't had any issues the week I have used it.
