   Oh dear what dreadful customer service I received today, apart from the lad on the till who checked the computer for me. I approached one of two assistants who clearly couldn't multitask as they were filling shelves and when I tried to explain what l was looking for the one looked at me blankly and said he didn't know what I meant, even though I knew they were on the store website. I then went to the till and was told there were 3 in stock. Eventually the man on shelf duty (after shouting "what" at the young man aggressively) said he knew where they were so I could proceed with my purchase. This might not sound much but perhaps a bit of customer service training wouldn't go amiss as I felt I was bothering them and a customer should never feel like this. I also find subordinate bullying very distasteful. I will shop at other Dyas stores in future.

   I've just been in this shop, was waiting to be served, the two staff were looking at a customers phone, I was ignored so I walked out usually better service in there .

   Had a good experience in store today. I was interested in an Air Fryer. It had cosmetic damage as it was a display item. The manager very kindly gave me a 50% discount! Super chuffed with it. Tried it out (after cleaning it), and so far so good! Many thanks Manager!

   A good hardware store in the center of the city. I was able to return a couple of items without hassle and they provided replacements. Household electronic items are available on the ground floor and hardware items + cleaning items are on the first floor. Some hardware items on the first floor can only be taken out of the slots by the store employees. So better take a pic of the item and show it to the employees at the till on the ground floor to save yourself from climbing the stairs again.

   A great store, has so much in there for household, gardening, pet bits, bird food, kids toys and good for gadgets too. There's a good selection of Christmas bits in there too, like fairy lights, decorations and inflatables. I've found the staff to be helpful and friendly and enjoy shopping in this store.

   Having phoned and asked if i could order a climate cube over the phone i was told there was 45 in stock but i would have to go into the store to order. I closed my store and walked straight there to order one i was told the only person who could deal with me was the manager. I was left to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive only to tell me they had all sold out. Why did the manager not offer to reserve one as he knew i was going straight there to purchase. I am disgusted at the service i received and after all the running around in this heat i am no further forward. Thanks to a inconsiderate manager.

   Love this shop as you can buy absolutely anything there, unless they have sold out. All under one roof, I purchsed a mouse trap, recommended carpet cleaner, mop and bucket and mothballs last week. Staff really helpful especially at directing you to the right place to find the right thing. Think their prices are competitive but the convenience is worth a quick visit
