   The most lovely welcoming place iv been so far. It’s adorably decorated inside with its little lights . The staff are polite and welcoming and warm. The breakfast is spot on , I am so fussy with things like this and finally found somewhere that cooks it exactly how you like it. Lovely clean place I would deffo recommend a visit for good food and good atmosphere

   A great spot for tea and cake and a bite to eat. Looks like the food menu has changed (no sign of Turkish eggs) judging from past reviews so be aware of this if looking through images. Cakes are made on the premises. Love the cosiness and the sash windows. Lovely welcoming staff too. Visit and support. Has disabled access too.

   The new owner Pakeezah, has introduced a fantastic menu that, in my opinion, suits everyone. I had the best Turkish Eggs that I have tasted. Perfectly cooked poached eggs with just the right amount of spice. The coffee is great, and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. The cafe has had a freshen up, with new seating and tables inside and plenty of seating outside for the finer weather. Dog friendly, at the Bowling Hall Road entrance to Bowling Park, with plenty of free parking nearby.

   It is now two years since I first became acquainted with the Lodge Cafe. Also on my birthday, when under Covid 19 regulations this was the only cafe in Bradford that was open, because you sat outside. Since Covid has abated, the Cafe has gone from strength to strength, with interesting and changing menu using great ingredients. It is well run by Lawrence, Joel and Femi. So for my 2022 birthday I had their newest creation, and was the first to try it. Toast, with fried Halluomi on top of smashed hash brown topped with a perfect runny poached egg and garnished with dressed leaves. This needs a NAME guys ('Eggs Lorenzo' perhaps), and I suppose the carnivores could substitute bacon for Halluomi. Special event coming up on December 16th. Well done. Thank you for looking after me for two years

   Upon arrival the staff were very warming and welcoming, coffee was good as wad the lemon cake and flap jack, it has a very warm vibe inside.and a good spaced seating area outside with plenty of space for securing your bike, deffinatley somewhere I'd deffinatley visit again and recommend

   Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. There was a lovely friendly atmosphere. I would have liked a teapot of tea, but the teabag was given to me so that I could make my tea as I like it.

   Absolutely stunning place! A proper Jewel and asset for East Bowling! I've travelled from Saltaire and it was totally worth it. The staff are so friendly and warm, the coffee is great and the food is tasty. Dog friendly, kid friendly, what more can you ask for? Will definately be coming back!
