I like this place food well presented I'm really lovely to eat if you want a good English breakfast
Just paid £6.90 for this shambles of a bacon and cheese on toast and a cappuccino …as you can see only 3/4 of the bread is toasted and only slightly toasted at that…. A little bit of cheese which was only slightly melted by the heat of the bacon and as you can see also only a bit of butter in middle of bread dry everywhere else ….. also didn’t even bother to cut in half… coffee was nice though. Adding to this review in response to owners response…. I gave you my reasons for why i think it was a shambles???? you seem to be fixated on the fact i stated the price of this item when i give a review???? I did not say anything on the pricing on the items whether it was expensive or not i just stated the price of the items???? If you want me to comment on if it was expensive or not then i would say it was slightly on the more expensive side but that would be about it…. As for cutting it in half and melting the cheese i would say this is standard, if you don’t agree maybe you could ask the customer if he would like it cut in half or not and if he would like the cheese to be melted??? Better customer service maybe??? I see that in your response you completely ignored my comments on how it was toasted (or lack of toasting) and also the state of how it was buttered do you think that was up to standard????? i suppose it doesn’t matter when all you care about is defending your pricing???? My pictures are true and of what i was served and if you think that looks good then that is your opinion????? DO BETTER Response to owners second response….. To start by saying you are a busy cafe and can’t ask every customer if you want the sandwich cutting and cheese melted is just dreadful service and considering that i was the only person in the place is just a terrible excuse…. Poor customer service maybe????…. I travel all around the country with my work and eat at cafes daily so that is where i get my standard from….. i did not even say anything about the bacon so why are you saying anything about that??? Again like mentioning pricing trying to deflect from the other problems mentioned????? I will ask again why was my toast not toasted properly why was it not buttered properly????? Again you go on about your prices saying about sandwich and coffee for a pound when i never raised the price as an issue??? Everyone suffers from cost of living not just you (not that it is relevant in this conversation)…….Maybe you have been around for 18 years but it is not without complaint i guarantee and as i can see by previous reviews over the years …. Maybe take on board some criticism and improve….. SPEND MORE TIME CUTTING SANDWICHES AND MELTING CHEESE THAN ANGRILY MESSAGING CUSTOMERS!!!!
Not many places were open so early on a Saturday morning so I gave this place a try. Really easy to find, limited parking available. The place is decorated very nicely and kept very clean. The menus are packed with decent food. Breakfast, lunch snacks and desserts. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast. I didn't get chance to finish it but, it was really nice. The eggs were a little under done but everything else was spot on. I would have given this place a higher rating however, although the food was very good, it didn't feel like a very welcoming place and the front of house staff seemed a little dejected.
Food is average when you order to take out and going large just seems like a bigger teacake and no extra filling which is rubbish for an extra pound, eating in seems better and quality seems better. This place i will order if I'm starving and working close by but i would never go out of my way to visit it like i would for other places in the area which offer better quality at a lower price EDIT to respond back to owners. Go large is me paying for extra and all i got was a bigger teacake, plus average quality has nothing to do with cost of living, your response shows you can't tell criticism and it was very childish

On my lunch break, popped into Mo's for the 1st time. Had me a Toasted Cheese & Egg with a Hot Chocolate drink No Sugar but Cream. All I can say is "Yummy yummy". Gr8 service from the STAFF. I'll be definitely eating at Mo's again.
On a trip from Scotland, and decided to pop into this little street cafe. Fantastic service, and the food was excellent, and presented well. The toast with the breakfast was very different to normal toast, more like melba toast which was brilliant. The coffee was nice and hot too. Thank you Mo’s Munch Cafe. If ever in the area again we’ll sure pop back in.
