A lovely brunch with tea & coffee but as it was so nice we went back for coffee/ & cheesecake. They forgot to leave the tea bag out of the pot,as asked, but was soon rectified with another cup & more hot water in the tea pot.
The chicken tikka Yorkshire pudding wrap was the best. The staff were really nice and attentive. Will come back again for sure for the chicken tikka Yorkshire pudding wrap.
The cafe’s in such a good spot, and their Eggs Benny is honestly really good. The hollandaise sauce is nice. It’s the kind of breakfast that’s satisfying without being too much. Nothing fancy or over the top just tasty and well made. Definitely something I’d order again.
Great coffee and we enjoyed the carrot cake with our drinks. Zaynab served us and was amazing and so helpful. The atmosphere was good and great customer service. Looking forward to coming again.
Very poor service, staff in need of customer service training and the ability to smile. No cold coffees or smoothies available as told no delivery today. The two staff more interested in cleaning up to go home even though still over 2 hours before closing. First time ever been in this place and the last. Costa coffee better by a mile. Never again.
Nice little spot for a coffee, muffins or cookies. There’s also other items on the menu. Overall great place. I’d happily go here often.
Spent 32 mins at the till being served by 3 people at intervals whilst listening to the conversations between staff rather than anyone focusing on what they should of been , as was the customers behind me by the time Id finished waiting for my drinks and food the toasties were cold, i cleared a table and sat down where the tables remained full of cups and rubbish for the next hour and 20 mins , 5 staff behind the counter, nobody bothered to clean anything,
Good customer service, almond croissants were fresh and coffee is much better tasting than Costa
