   Went last Sunday and got English breakfast beans piping hot however bacon cold and sausage and egg tepid. Toast good. Below average rating on taste.

   This review is for Morrisons Illingworth. The food was better, & the portion a little more, than I expected (I would not have got dessert had I realised). It was later afternoon/early evening & I feared they may have stopped serving... Not only did I manage to get a meal, but the staff were outstanding; they could not have been better! Would happily visit again.

   Generally not very clean, food is moderate, always understaffed so service almost nonexistent, although individually the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful, even if they are constantly rushed off their feet.

   Took ages for me and my mums food , i orded the fish fingers and ended up getting fish filets when it was listed as fish fingers . My mom did get her order right so that's an extra 2 stars . This place was my favourite when I was little and now they don't have anything I like has just ruined it . If your a picky eater like me and don't like many breakfast/lunch foods don't go / order something you like.

   Oh my goodness... We love a good Morrisons lunch but not this one :-( It was almost as if the lad on the till was also cooking, serving, cleaning, taking customer complaints... He didn't have enough hands and there seemed to be no one else around to help him on a busy morning. Therefore we ate what we could and left - it wasn't his fault so no point complaining to him, we felt Morrisons had let him down and he was quite a young lad too so hope he didn't get too much flack!! The pictures shown are of my grandsons Sausage mash and peas - as you can see the sausages were like yesterday's reheated, overcooked and dry, the mash was hard, dry with nontaste and the peas looked to have been soaking in the pan overnight. The next dish was my 6 month pregnant daughters meal, Tuna mayo and jacket potatoe - I don't know what the mayo stuff is but the colour was off, there was about half a teasoopn of actual Tuna and it was runny, the jacket potatoes was over cooked, dry and none of it was edible... Such a shame
