I came accros this lovley gem and i am honestly suprized by the food wich was good wholsome engilish sunday lunch with roast beef etc a pint of landlord bitter apple crumble and custard for a very goos price less than £20 ill will be returning too Thank you
First visit on Sunday for lunch, won't be the last. Worthy of 5 stars in all respects. Relaxed and friendly with a dogs welcome policy, what could be better for those with furry friends.
First visit for Sunday lunch. Had roast beef and chicken Sunday lunch platter for 2. Plenty food, jug of tasty gravy each. Absolutely so tasty traditional Sunday lunch, great presentation,great value for money, lovely friendly staff Nice size bistro with lovely decor, We enjoyed so much we have rebooked for next Sunday !

Wow....perfectly cooked food. Sunday roast with tender beef and fresh vegetables. Very generous portions. Apple crumble and custard delicious. Home made baking and carrot cake WOW!!!!!!
We had beautiful rost beef and chicken dinner with lovely veg. lovely carrot and coffee after. Excellent service lovely staff. Really really enjoyed it well recommended for any occasion.
Great food and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Keep an eye out for events put on like quizzes etc. Good bar stock as well from Estrella on tap to local beers from vocation. Always looking after their customers with a smile.
