   CALLED HERE TODAY AND ASKED FOR A PIKES PLACE FILTER COFFEE WHICH I HAVE HAD AT MANY MANY STORES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY WITH NO ISSUES AT ALL HERE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DO PIKES PLACE BUT ON THE BACK OF THE COUNTER WAS THE PIKES PLACE FILTER COFFEE MACHINE WHICH STATED ON A SIGN “BEING CLEANED” I CHALLENGED THIS AND WAS TOLD MY A LADY WITH BLOND HAIR IN A BUN THAT THEY STOPPED DOING PIKES PLACE BEFORE COVID WHICH I HAVE NEVER HEARD BEFORE AND STRANGE THAT THE MACHINE SAID BEING CLEANED AFTER 5 YEARS !!!!!! IT APPEARS THAT THIS STARBUCKS ARE EITHER NOT TELLING CUSTOMERS THE TRUTH OR THEY DONT KNOW THE JOB THAT THEY ARE DOING AND THIS. STORE IS NOT UP TO THE USUAL STARBUCKS STANDARDS. !! I WILL NOT BE CALLING HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU DONT EITHER AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE TOO NO PLEASE AND NO THANK YOU THEY NEED A COURSE IN LEARNING MANNERS !!! 1/10 MUST TRY HARDER !! ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE OVER £11 FOR 2 DRINKS

Good range of seating options. Wi-fi. Handy drive through, about 30 parking spaces (including electric vehicle charging points)

   Went to meet a friend for coffee after work one weekday evening. Place was nice and clean and there was plenty of seating. Toilets were clean and we were served quickly. No issues with our orders and my friend had a cake which was nice and fresh. Shop is on the same site as a petrol station so parking was hard to find and pulling out onto the main dual carriage way from the angle of the shop was awkward but absolutely doable.

   One of the worst customer service experience ever. Decided to buy a drink for a family member as I am not a fan of Starbucks I ordered a drink for them which I clearly wanted but somehow they decided to misplace my order and give me a drink which didn’t even taste like something from Starbucks. Staff seems too busy in there own world and less motivated to actually doing there work right and giving customers the right drinks!

   Went in early afternoon when it wasn't busy (about 5 other people in the place). There were two staff; one serving and another doing purely online orders. About half of the tables were dirty as there was nobody to clean them, so we had to pick a table based on how its level of hygiene rather than where we actually wanted to sit. On the plus side, the staff serving us were very pleasant and the drinks were up to standard. There's just a little bit missing on how the place is managed, and the priorities Early afternoon on a Tuesday may well be a graveyard shift, but you judge a place by how it operates in the downtime - because that's where the company culture should shine for better or worse - and this one was a little on the badly kept side. Pretty good for a no-name cafe, but unfortunately not up to Starbucks standard on this particular visit.
