   As café owners ourselves, we hold customer service in the highest regard, and unfortunately, our experience at JusT was far from satisfactory. We ordered a karak chai and a so-called melted cookie, which was barely melted literally thrown in the microwave for 5 seconds at best. More importantly, we found the customer service to be diabolical. It appeared to us that the staff lacked proper training in customer service skills. I would strongly recommend that the owner pays closer attention to how the staff interact with customers to ensure a more pleasant experience for future patrons. Response to Owner: Let’s be clear — I ordered a cookie melt, and what I received was not that. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, your dismissive response only confirms that I didn’t get what I paid for. My review is not an isolated opinion; it reflects a pattern echoed by numerous past customers. Consistently poor service and an unprofessional attitude appear to be the norm at JusT. As a café owner myself, I know what it means to value each customer and take pride in every interaction. It's evident that JusT — and its management — lack that basic standard of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

He is welcoming, respectful, and truly dedicated to ensuring every guest feels valued. His exceptional customer service sets a high standard, making you feel at ease the moment you step in. The tea house itself is humble, yet its simplicity is what makes it special. It provides a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the desert. If you’re looking for great tea, heartfelt hospitality, and an authentic experience, Hakaan’s Tea House is a must-visit. A true gem that reflects the values of kindness and respect in every way.

   Excellent service! Best donuts in whole Leicester, 100% recommend! Mohammed’s hospitality was exceptional, he recommended really nice oreo and kinder donuts, karak chai was spot on as well. Definitely will be visiting soon again :)

   I'm not sure if today was an off day but the karak chai was not to my taste at all. Hesitant in giving this place two stars considering all the other 5* reviews and couple of friends who recommended it. Maybe it's because I had the sugar free karak chai? But mine also tasted like it was over simmered, I couldn't finish it, I didn't enjoy it at all.

   This has definitely become our regular spot (at least) 2 times a week. The karak tea is always on point & the fresh doughnuts are awesome! Service with a smile everytime we go, I would definitely recommend - give this cafe a try, you won't be disappointed.

   The tea here is excellent - not as thick as some of the other well-known brands, full of flavour, and lightly sweetened to perfection. The doughnuts are also some of the best I've ever had. Extremely fluffy and very fresh, coming in a variety of flavours - my favourite being the Oreo!
