   Been 1st time here. Did not get vibes of Shisha Cafe I usually visit. Service was not quick and prompt. No one came to check if we were enjoying our stay. You have to get up from your place to get a drink from the counter. Again, no one will come to ask you for any repeat drinks. Very small and congested leg room where instead of relaxing we have to keep on checking our stretch of leg as our table for having loads of empty can which was never cleaned until we left. Shisha flavour was only for a couple of minutes after that only smoke. We want to order a new one but we were not happy to get next. Ambience, furniture not much appealing. Didn't feel like taking any pictures. But it's a good place to hang out with friends. we stayed there for almost 3 hours but enjoyed our stay

   A great place to hang out with friends and family. It is in a nice peaceful location so it is easy to get to and find parking. There is never a real wait to get seating. The coffee, snacks and desserts are good but it would be better if they could serve hot food. Docking a star due to being asked to buy 2 shisha's when there were 4 of us, even though we were buying food and drinks and it wasn't very busy. We're not big smokers so it didn't make sense, but it only happened once.

   Me and my partner frequent Shisha cafe and keep coming back to this brilliant place. The staff and owners are great and they make you feel really welcome.. The decor is a very cosy morrocan style with heaters to keep you warm whilst you’re there. 10/10

   I love shisha cafe. The dessert is great, the staff are amazing and the shisha is always made right!!! Lovely staff including Danish and Polina. Danish always making sure shisha is not harsh and flavour is nice, constantly checking up on us. Polina makes the best Nutella and strawberry pancakes. Always nice to me and mates and always greeting us and making us feel comfortable.

   Shisha Cafe is decent. Flavour range is good. However, the quality has varied over the years. Sometimes good, sometimes poor. Overall my experiences have been more towards the positive end of the spectrum (although I have not been since 2016 so cannot comment on its more recent performance). Edit (30/03/2019): decor has improved and service is decent. Overall a more improved experience.
