As a customer of Sainsburys anyway I have been in the Cafe a few times mainly for a coffee and a piece of cake , probably a main coarse a couple of times,I would describe the Cafe as adequate but could be better,I think it's quite competitively priced though and seems to be well populated with the older generation.

We had a nice lunch here. The children's hot meal on offer was a very good size! The toastie had plenty of filling, however it probably could have done with a little bit more toasting. All the food came out hot. The children's lunchbox selection was disappointing which is why we went with a hot meal - no sandwiches to choose from and the crisps were all ready salted.

Just stopped over for coffee and bite to eat as it was raining heavily. Had a Mocha and Cheese and Onion quiche. The food was delicious and the service was adequate. I enjoyed the food and the Mocha. I would definitely go again.

I had to return item at Argos, so I thought I try the Cafe today, I ordered All day breakfast and Latte. A Hot Breakfast should arrived on a Hot Plate, not Cold Plate, as result my breakfast became cold quickly. The Latte and Bacon was prefect! Should I had a bacon Roll! Hash brown not so good, beans un-salted, egg was on the cold side, sausages needed a little more browning, but were hot, tomato and mushroom was just cold, toast ok if not a little soggy. The Cafe wasn't busy apart from the morning of rush retirees.

Great place and very well priced compared with surrounding cafes. Good value for money in very clean surroundings.

Definitely gone downhill since all the big changes were made. Very limited menu and my hot food was barely lukewarm. 2 stars because my tea was hot but that was it. A real shame.

Very friendly staff always remember you & willing to pass the time of day with you. Food there eggs are dry - crusty they have sat under a heat lamp rather than cook to order,i dont have breakfast there anymore i go elsewhere .
