   One of the best pubs in the north. Hidden away, mid-terrace, on the outskirts of the town, it’s definitely worth taking the time to find it. Always have a good selection of very well kept ales. Old fashioned interior, with several separate rooms, nice beer garden for the summer

   Everything is great, really nice pub with great beer. Unfortunately this is all ruined by the rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional bar lady. I cannot fathom how she ever got a job in customer service. If this is your pub, why ruin it by hiring someone like that? Will not be back.
