   Awful experience! Used to come here for years and Mik was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had the total opposite experience with the two workers there now. Feel like they are racist and that’s why they treated me the way they did. Both members of staff were not helpful at all and had no customer service towards me. They even refused to give me a tiny piece of black tape so my mirror could stay on whilst I was driving! Avoid this shop and take your business somewhere where they will be happy to help you. After years of custom, I will not return here again due to their horrid treatment towards me. *THOUGHT I WOULD WRITE THIS REPLY IN RESPONSE TO YOURS:* I don’t feel as though your sorry at all that I feel this way, otherwise you would have not treated me the way you did in the first place and there is no point wishing me the best for the purpose of the viewing public as you sent me on my way that day clearly upset and disappointed in the manner in which you spoke to me. You couldn’t even give me a scrap of black tape after years of loyal custom to ensure I could get home safely to my dad who would have fixed the problem for me. Just because I didn’t come to buy anything or spend any money with you, did not give you the right to treat me like rubbish. I don’t think I have ever left a shop feeling so disgusted as I did that day at your shop. Disgusted that I had given so much custom to this shop over the years, to then be turned away over a few centimetres of black tape and be spoken to in the way you did. Please note the meaning of slander. Slander is a false statement damaging to a persons reputation. For clarity, I have not made no false statement, I have simply written my experience at your shop and expressed my disappointment in your service. If you are that concerned about your reputation, I suggest you treat all your customers equally and uphold a level of customer service which is required to maintain a good reputation.

   Horrible experience, not coming here again. Very poor service and not up to standard like it used to be. The guy named Mick's nice and friendly whilst Rob has no ettique whatsoever and very rude for absolutely no reason. I went for a light bulb change and the prices have gone so expensive since I last came here. Definitely don't recommend to anyone who wants to get scammed. Awful place.
