    Absolute shit service by the old chap on the counter. First of all his total bill was 157 I gave him 160 he never returned the change. Then he said bring the old part and I will give you some money. When I went back he refused to take the part back claiming it wasn't in the box and he said he gave the 3 quid. Then he said I'll check the cameras i said go ahead as I knew I was right and then he never even checked the cameras saying I will check the tills not making sense at all.

    ***click and collect COMPLETE JOKE*** Still make you wait in the queue for ages, with 1 person on the counter In a tiny cramped room Common sense would be to have separate point for click and collect order What's the point of having click and collect then?

    Don’t know the man’s name but, the reception man is by far one of the best customer service people I’ve ever faced, he gave me a discount and talked me through my part etc! Really happy I came here!

    Prices are very good but the store front for customers is too small. 1 very small counter and you can’t have more than 4-5 people waiting inside. They should have another counter so that the service is quicker

    Old man on the counter is very rude! Doesn't know anything about customer service! Will be going to Euro Car Parts in the future. Waited over 15 min just to collect a part which I reserved online. What a joke. Your ready to retire old man!
