   James didn't actually come round. I called him, and he talked me through how to fix the washing machine myself. It was "beyond the manual" but James's advice worked. He wanted me to fix the problem myself because he knew instinctively what it was, and had no intention of coming over and charging me until I'd tried his method. This kind of service is what makes the world go round. Want an honest, decent service? Call James! (And James - thanks a million!)

   James from Appliances 4 U was excellent with assisting us with replacing our washing machine seal. He kindly ordered the part for us and swiftly fitted it as soon as he reveived it. His communication was excellent with keeping us updated. His price was very reasonable. We sent him the money for the part up front so he could order it, and we really appreciated his honesty when he charged us less than he originally quoted for the labour, as the part came to less than he was expecting. Great service, great price and overall a great guy! Would highly recommend!
