I had to take back a faulty disc . The lads on the counter were great. No fuss or problem with the refund. Due to the fact the disc had to be refitted the manager Gary then refunded the cost of fitting. Great service from the Keighley branch.
The gentle lad on the counter was very calm, professional and helpful. I told him I will purchase the Lion 096 high performance car battery online so that I can get the early black Friday 40% off, he told me I can do it on my counter and he did it.
