   After having new staff makes a big difference in a business like this . Cause the coffee shop is building more advertisements making it better for the place . I went in their and I like the new way once you order like you do . They serve us they bring what we wanted to the table . But as covid is still out their I think they should be cautious when bringing a drink to us they should use their anisitive use a tray to take over to the costumers table and then when they do the other people who ordered what they wanted can take it off the tray . It's cross contamination cross infection when the server is carrying the cups over to the customers should at all times carry a tray too with drinks on . Saves time .doesn't matter if it s gonna take along time . That's what a business is all about keeping customer s happy . But also this week they ran out of coffee .and to tell some customers turn down a drink of Americano for instants and telling people they haven't got coffee is making the business look silly .one gentleman said to his wife theirs no coffee it s a coffee shop for goodness sake and he sure is right about that . If they have no coffee surely they need to keep looking in stock but order the coffee in advance so when it gets low sort it out not keep it still open and say no coffee it's not good enough . The business needs to pick up stragedy so let's hope it doesn't happen again . That's how a coffee shop should be we sit and they bring it us . That's what I do with the coffee shop I volunteer at on bath street . Not all coffee shops do that . Atmosphere is better many times I've been here that's has not been many staff on .just one serving doing the drinks etc.. but I just think it needs to improve abit more . But that my opinion .other visitors will say different to mine . But we aren't always the same we different .the food still not sure about . Not all ways alot of choice on the shelves when you walk in .Time I had a toastie . Once got it the toast was to soggy to eat and didn't taste very nice . But I guess it just need to be abit more practice and be more positive how they work . They do a great job very friendly staff . But when they are short staff you sure see a change of how the atmosphere changes too . Let's hope they improve abit more better it is getting their just need to be more simpler and easier.and I am sure they will get the business on track in know time . But sure is a nice place just relax and read a book or meet your family and friends.

   Absolutely delicious coffee and cakes. We've been twice now and their Americano and decaffeinated latte are best in town. Lovely, friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend.
