   The advisor at this branch appeared to lack the customer service skills, efficiency, and urgency needed to handle orders effectively. I was left waiting while he spent several minutes chatting with colleagues out of sight, and overall, it took around 10 minutes to receive my order — a process that should have taken no more than two minutes.

   Worst customer service I was told not to be served because they was making me wait up to 45 minutes for 2 small parts that I ordered a few days before. the workers are really slow and the manager was rude tried to kick me out avoid these people.

   Non existent customer service, ridiculous policies makes no sense how they operate refund policies makes no sense whatsoever even when they’ll order the wrong part . Make you wait ages when collecting parts. Call handlers have no clue what they’re talking about ordering wrong parts but won’t accept there fault. Full of attitude. Rather pay the few quid more at dealers than deal with these guys. Want you to make payment in store before even ordering and then make you come again to collect even though I’m miles away won’t even take payment over phone or via bank transfer like most part shops. No consideration whatsoever try to make the process as difficult as it can get just to order some parts.

   Phoned up to inquire about a part that was needed who ever was on the otherside of the bloody phone needs sacking cause if that’s how you treat a potential customer rather go and give my money to gsf and eurocarparts way better customer service
