   This week we started the renovation. I've asked about six different people on different shifts about different things, and most of the staff tell you to buy online or simply say they don't have it, even though I later realize there are more options in the store. I think their staff doesn't realize they have a job because people like me go to physical stores. Yesterday, I wanted to buy everything I needed for a bathroom, but we didn't even get to the pipes. The guy... I don't know, you can talk to his plumber. We left frustrated, without buying anything. The sink dont have number there. I will back and probaly ill ask but i wish i dont have that answer any more.

   I went to B&Q Culverhouse Cross today to get an under-TV cabinet plinth to cover pipes and cables. The service I received from Jeffery and Liam was outstanding. They helped me choose the right item, measured it, and even cut it into pieces so it was ready to take home. Thank you both—great job, and keep up the good work!

   Rubbish service during my last 2 trips. Today’s wasted visit to the store consisted of me wanting to buy flooring and being told to buy it online even though I was stood in front of the display ready to pay. What is the point of having the warehouse stores if the staff are trying to give away their jobs? Weird and quite frankly pointless. The time before this, a friend and I were asking the lady on the paints desk advice on colour mixing and also advice between oil and water based paint. The lady could not have been less bothered about assisting.

   Incredible customer service from the kitchen design team! Both Beth & Riley went above and beyond to help us design our kitchen. Both very honest from the start of what would fit, and what wouldn't and finding ways for us to get the most out of our money on our budget. They were both incredibly friendly, patient and all round lovely people, making what could be a daunting experience and absolute pleasure. Thank you so much!

   Terrible experience from the outset, we went for breakfast. Was told there were no veggie options apart from the buffet which I didn't want. The food was tasteless, watery and greasy, I waited 15 minutes for pancakes to be made and had to ask for them twice. The toaster was broken so a domestic 2 slice machine was being used at prime time on a Saturday morning, you can imagine how long the queue was We'd left Cardiff at 4am travelling to Glasgow and we were so disappointed, Next time we'll go to Tesco next door. The staff didn't seem to care one bit. Definitely won't be back

   Huge store full of everything you could ever want or need for any house, garden or building project! Easy click and collect but still need a person to assist with heavy or awkward loads which defeats the purpose of having peopleless pick up service!

   At the moment it's one star,paid s a microwave of £99.99 on the 22 november.still waiting it's arrival,after calling them they said I had to go on market place as they sell for another company confused I was,after no response I have now been in contact with b&q again who are now supposed to be chasing it up.i should of asked someone to take me to get rather than all this stress wondering if it's going to arrive befor christmas ad it's a present for my daughter
