   The service at this store is terrible! The process and management are a complete mess! I placed my order through the app, which clearly said to inform the staff upon arrival — so I joined the queue. The service was extremely slow! I waited for 20 minutes, and there weren’t even many people — they were just slow! Can’t they at least accept the order first and prepare it while customers wait? I didn’t want to keep waiting, so I told the staff that I had placed my order through the app. Then the female staff member told me it was already ready and sitting in the pickup corner?! I had been queuing for so long while my order was already done — why didn’t anyone call my name? That corner is so easy to miss! How could they expect customers to find it on their own? Why doesn’t the app mention that you need to collect your order from a specific spot? What a waste of time

   I ordered a large iced chai latte. Half of it was left in the mixer, which the nice barista took to the back after giving me mine — which turned out to be the worst Costa chai latte of my life. It literally had no taste. I’m definitely never coming back here again. I hope she liked hers.

   We walked in after visiting UHCW in scorching heat to be rudely shouted at "im not serving". I explained we were taking out and she said all of the machines are switched off - 5:45pm! ....Went to Starbucks and had lovely friendly service there

   Very poor experience. It was a stale cake, dry and tastes rotten. The customer service is horrible. Do not recommend this at all. I am regular costa customer and I always have this cake, it definitely shouldn’t taste like this.

   Nice cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating includes nice deep back chairs and sofas. The summer coffee options include excellent iced Frappes and Coolers
